A Multiverse MENA product · One script tag · Any website
Mared is a drop-in widget that answers visitor questions, guides them through your site, and handles support and conversion — with nothing for you to build or host.
01
Model plumbing, hosting, rate limits, retrieval, and a maintenance burden that never ends — for a feature that isn't your product.
02
Generic chat boxes answer generically. Visitors ask about your pricing, your return policy, your docs — and get a form to fill in.
03
Every new visitor is another repeated question. Growth turns into inbox volume unless something answers the first 80% automatically.
How it works
<script src="https://mared.multiversemena.com/w.js" data-site="your-site-id"></script>
Before the closing body tag. No SDK, no framework requirement, no build step.
Pages, docs, FAQs, and product data are crawled and kept fresh, so answers cite what your site actually says.
It answers, links to the right page, and hands off to a human when it should.
What's live today
Mared ships today as a single design and a single assistant mode. We chose to make the install and the answers excellent before making them configurable. Everything below is running now; everything on the roadmap is a target.

Phases after "Now" are targets, not shipped features. Sequenced so each phase unlocks the next.

Built on Google Cloud
Every tenant is isolated by site ID at the API boundary and in storage: configuration and content live in per-tenant Firestore documents, and every request carries the tenant context through to inference and analytics. The API is stateless, so Cloud Run scales instances horizontally with traffic and back to zero when idle.
Founders
Mared is a product and subdomain of Multiverse MENA (mared.multiversemena.com). The founding team designs and builds it end to end, from the widget runtime to the inference and data path on Google Cloud.
